2. Counter Notification

- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant legal authority
We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant and may restore the content if they do not file legal action within 10 business days.
3. Repeat Infringers
Small Business Directory reserves the right to terminate user access for repeat copyright infringers in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.
